Two children into motherhood, Alise had seen enough mass-produced diaper bags. She wanted one with classic design and lasting quality, a bag still worth carrying long after a baby's first step.
That is where Alise began.
Every parent needs a diaper bag. No one decided it had to be ugly.
Ours are made in Italy from genuine vegetable-tanned leather, for mothers and fathers both. Multiple compartments and pockets hold everything the day requires, so the bag does the work and you look as good as you feel.
Born and raised in communist Romania, Alise grew up admiring the women around her - poor, but strong, deeply caring, and somehow always elegantly put together.
With authenticity as a guiding philosophy, Alise created a high quality product that would radiate its value and quality and worked hard to select the right materials to deliver on that promise.
